This room is available for rent near the university district. We refer to this student room as the "twin room" because it is pretty much the same as Room 2, but with a slightly larger balcony. The room is incredibly comfortable as it stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

 It’s located in the Almagro neighborhood, in the district of Chamberi. You’ll be able to easily access universities such as CEU (on its campus from the center), Complutense of Madrid and Politecnica. In the area you’ll also find lots of shops, restaurants and museums such as the Geominero, Sorolla, Canal de Isabel II or the Natural Science Museum and parks like Santander Park.

The closest metro stations are Iglesia (Line 1) and Alonso Cano (Line 7).
