1.1. Applicable Regulations

Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

The Company may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, case law or interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These privacy conditions are completed with the Legal Notice, Cookies Policy and the General Conditions that, where appropriate, are collected for certain products or services, if such access involves any specialty in the field of protection of personal data.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The treatment that we carry out of your personal data responds to the following purposes:

- Sending the information, you request through the contact form on our website or any other means of contact with our company,

- Periodically send electronic communications about services, events and news related to our professional activity, unless otherwise indicated or the user opposes or revokes their consent.

- Periodically send commercial and/or promotional information related to the contracted services sector and of added value for end users, unless otherwise indicated or the user opposes or revokes their consent.

- To carry out the administrative, fiscal and accounting management of our clients and/or suppliers,

- Execute the projects entrusted by our clients,

- To carry out satisfaction surveys, market studies, etc. in order to be able to offer the most suitable offers and an optimized quality of service.

- In the event that you send us your CV or register in the different job offers that we may publish, we will process your data in order to evaluate and manage your job application and, if necessary, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and recruitment of personnel, in order to offer you positions that fit your profile. Unless otherwise indicated, the provision of the required data is necessary, so its non-provision will prevent the continuity of the selection process.

We inform you that we will not elaborate commercial profiles based on the information provided and consequently we will not make automated decisions about you based on a commercial profile.

 

2.1. Conservation period of your data

We will keep users' personal data only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as they do not revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, the information will be kept blocked for the legally established periods.

In the case of the data, you provide in relation to the job offers you wish to subscribe to, they will be kept for one year, from the date of the last update. After this period, without having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you tell us otherwise.

3.1. Consent to process your data

By filling out the forms, checking the box "I accept the Privacy Policy" and clicking to send the data, or by sending e-mails to the Company through the accounts provided for this purpose, the User declares to have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and gives his unequivocal and express consent to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the purposes indicated.

3.2. Data categories

The data collected from customers and suppliers are:

- Identification data (name, surname, ID card number)

- Contact data (postal addresses, email, telephone)

- Commercial information data

- Transaction data and order history

- Data necessary for the technical management of the projects entrusted to us by our clients (professional data).

 

The data collected from web users are:

- Identification data (name, surname, phone number)

- Contact data (email)

 

The data collected from candidates are:

- Academic and professional data: education/qualifications, student record, professional experience, membership of professional associations, in the case of selection processes.

 

The personal data requested are mandatory, so that the refusal to provide them will make it impossible to carry out the provision of the contracted services.

The user guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and updated, being responsible for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect, that could be caused as a result of the breach of such obligation. In the event that the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to provide them with the information contained in this clause, exempting us from any liability in this regard. However, we may carry out verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

 

4. SECURITY MEASURES

As part of our commitment to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, according to Art. 32 of the RGPD EU 679/2016.

 

5. TRANSFER OF DATA

No data transfers or international transfers of your data are foreseen, with the exception of those authorized by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation, as well as in those cases in which a judicial authority requires us to do so.

Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning him/her. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
