WHAT IS DIRECT BOOKING?
Direct booking is the fastest way to rent accommodation. Direct reservations!
Keep in mind that our Booking For Students team will validate your reservation in less than 48 hours. In case of not meeting the requirements of the tenant profile, the reservation will be canceled, so before making an instant reservation, complete your data directly on our website, checking compliance with the requirements of our client profile and the apartment.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The process is very simple, when you see the lightning icon in an advertisement, it means that a direct reservation can be made.
DIRECT BOOKING PROCESS:
1.- Find your property with the lightning symbol.
2.- Check compliance with the tenant profile requirements. (See Who can make a direct booking?
3.- Fill in the form with your data.
4.- Payment gateway. When booking, the first month of rent + agency commission is paid.
5.- Send your documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. (passport or DNI, study registration or employment contract)
What is the documentation that I must send?
1. In case you are a student (not under 18 nor over 33 years old) we need your identity document and the enrollment of studies.
2. If you are a worker (not older than 33 years) we need your identity document, the employment contract and the last 3 payrolls or the last income tax return (if you are self-employed).
6.- Once Booking For Students validates your profile, the contract will be sent for your signature.
7.- Before your arrival, you will receive an email to coordinate the availability for your check in. Check our conditions.
WHO CAN MAKE A DIRECT BOOKING?
Any Client can make a direct reservation, as long as they meet the Booking For Students client conditions ** Age, minimum stay, gender and accommodation**.
*Specific conditions vary depending on the type of accommodation. You can consult them in the apartment file.
**There are certain properties that only allow girls to live and others that only allow boys to live.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE APARTMENT I WANT CANNOT BE BOOKED DIRECTLY?
If the apartment you are interested in does not accept direct booking, you can send us a request and our sales department team will answer your questions in less than 48 working hours.
*In all types of reservations, Booking For Students needs at least 48 hours to check the payments and the documentation to confirm the final reservation of the accommodation.
CAN I CANCEL AN INSTANT BOOKING?
When you make a direct reservation you commit to the accommodation. However, you can cancel it by accepting our cancellation policy.
If you cancel within 60 days or more, the money for the first month's rent will be refunded, but not the amount paid corresponding to the agency commission.
If you cancel within 59 days or less, no import is refunded.
In case of cancellation by the company, the full amount will be refunded, including the agency commission.
