The rate includes heating, TV signal, phone line and Internet access by WiFi. It is also possible to hire the same room with the complete option, with room cleaning service once a week, and lunch or dinner from Monday to Friday.

The residence is located in an exceptional area, right on the Campus of the Public University of Navarre UPNA, next to Sadar river; there are several bus lines near the residence that can reach you to the city center, different Campus of the University or the Hospitals.
