The house has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms (one of them a toilet) that you can use freely, living room, totally equipped kitchen and an attic.

It’s located in Getafe, a city at the south of Madrid from where you’ll be able to easily get to the campus of the Carlos III of Madrid and Rey Juan Carlos universities.

It’s a really calm residential area where you’ll find some shops, bars and supermarkets to cover all your needs, it’s also located next to the Alhóndiga park. The closest metro station is Alonso de Mendoza (Line 12). Besides Spanish, English is spoken at home.
