If you want to rent an apartment with some friends, right in the center of the city and from where you won’t take much to get to class, you could even walk over there, you can’t let this one pass.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (the washing machine is in one of them), a beautiful furnished living room with sofa, TV and dining area and a completely equipped kitchen with microwave besides all the basics.

It’s located in the La Latina neighborhood, in the Center district. In the area you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds to cover all your needs while you study in Madrid, you’ll also be next to the famous Puerta de Toledo and the Cebada Market.

The closest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (Line 5). Next to it you’ll find Carlos III University, although you can also get to the Complutense of Madrid and Politecnica universities in no time.
