If you're looking fo the perfect apartment we have just what you're looking for. Located in a calm area near the center of Madrid it has two bedrooms, a living room with sofa and TV, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave and a cozy balcony.

It’s located in the Vista Alegre neighborhood, in the Carabanchel district. From here you’ll be able to quickly get to Universities such as the Complutense of Madrid, Politécnica, Nebrija or Comillas.

The apartment has many restaurants and supermarkets close by with. Plus, easy transportation with the many bus stops outside the apartment and metro stops close by, making this the perfect apartment. The closest metro stations are Carpetana (Line 6) and Vista Alegre (Line 5).

Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. The accommodation does not have internet service.
