The room is very spacious and luminous, it has an individual bed, desk and chair, a big window that allows natural light and fresh air into the room, a big wardrobe and plenty of drawers to store all your belongings. The room also includes a complete private bathroom which is located beside the room.

This gorgeous apartment is located in Salamanca district, one of the most beautiful districts in Madrid. You will share this apartment with a Spanish landlady who values her intimacy and independence but will also gladly introduce you to the Spanish culture and help you with any information about the city that you will need. The apartment is perfectly located since it is just a few meters away from the metro station Núñez de Balboa (L5 and L9) and various buses. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, perfect to have some peace while being at home. The price includes all expenses and a cleaning service that is made twice a week. 
In the common are you will find a TV, a big dinning table, art paintings and a big nice window. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a basket and tray in the refrigerator. You will be able to use all the kitchen utensils in the apartment.
