This neighborhood belongs to the Center district. Justicia  is well known thanks to the fact that it is located next to Gran Vía. Known for gathering neighborhoods such as Chueca, the famous gay neighborhood of Madrid, or also the headquarters of the Supreme Court . It is a neighborhood full of authentic Madrid architecture; a clear example would be the SGAE building. This area, being quite central, has access to many different transport lines, which makes it easy to reach universities such as the UCM.

The area in which the apartment is located is wonderful, the Justicia neighborhood. It is close to the Tribunal (Line 1 and 10) and Chueca (Line 5) metro stations.
