There are different bars and restaurants throughout the area, there is also the Teatro Barceló nightclub, well known in the capital, there are the incredible Yelmo cinemas a few minutes' walk away, the Museum of Romanticism, and a lot of other places to visit and stroll.

A 4-minute walk is the Chueca metro station (line 5). This apartment has the advantage of living near the universities of Comillas, Nebrija and Complutense of Madrid.
